The June Florist’s website operates on the following terms and conditions and adheres to a strict privacy policy. These terms and conditions have been developed in line with the related Singapore law as well as Singapore Business Practice and are applicable to all transactions within the country.

Product & Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful flower arrangement every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal nature of flowers, and flower condition.

In the case that the flowers are not fresh, please inform us immediately so that we are able to verify and solve the matter smoothly.

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, we do not accept any responsibilities for late or non deliveries where no recipients or such person at the address during delivery times, incorrect address and invalid contact numbers for us to execute the orders.

We put an extra surcharge of $25 for delivering to Tuas, Gul Road, Pioneer Road, Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands, Jurong Island, Military camps as well as restricted cargo and airline areas like Airport passengers terminal & Cargo Complex, Airline Road and all PSA Ports, including Singapore cruise centres.

Due to security regulation imposed by these areas (other than Sentosa), we will require you to apply for the special delivery pass for our driver to make the delivery.

Express Delivery

Customers may consider our Express Delivery service (within 2 hrs) in case of urgent orders. Such orders are charged at S$30. Please check with us for availability of drivers in case of express delivery.

Holiday Delivery

Prior to certain holidays, please place your orders early to ensure smooth delivery. We will update on the delivery schedule and charges when applicable.

Redirection of Delivery

For subsequent attempt or redirection of orders; a surcharge of $15 is applicable. Cancellation is not allowed when the delivery has been attempted.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order cancellation must be done 24 hours in advance prior to delivery time otherwise a 50% cancellation fee on the sale price will be chargeable. A 5% of purchase value surcharge is applicable. Once an order is delivered, there is no cancellation allowed.

Order refunds will be completed within a period of 3 to 4 working weeks. Please note that the refund may not immediately reflect in your forthcoming card statement.

All disputes related to payment frauds must be directed to the service provider. Fraudulent transaction claims are not entertained by us.

Substitution Policy

We acknowledge the fact that it is important for the gifts to get delivered to the recipient in time. Therefore, it might sometimes be necessary to substitute a product with a similar one (of equal/higher value). These substitutions would be executed professionally with no damage to the arrangement’s presentation.

We reserve the right to alter and amend these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion and without prior notice.  At all times the copy of these terms and conditions that is listed on our website and verified by hardcopy in our office shall be considered correct and legitimate.
