Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, the terms and conditions listed below shall apply to any purchases and orders made with Juneflorist.com.sg. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other printed or written document passing between parties (including without limitation the Customer's Sales or Purchase Order), the terms and conditions listed here will supersede.

No variation of the terms and conditions listed shall be applicable to any purchases and orders unless explicitly accepted in writing by Juneflorist.com.sg

1. Customer Service Policy
We promise to deliver the freshest flowers and gifts. While we guarantee same-day delivery for orders placed before 4 pm, we are not liable for issues arising from recipient absence, incorrect address, or unavailability. and quote your order number.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Self-Collection: Available at June Florist Pte Ltd, 30 Shaw Rd,#02-01 , Roche Building, Singapore 367957.
  • Delivery Fee: FREE Delivery for all order.
  • Normal Delivery Schedule: 10am - 2pm, 2pm - 6pm, and 6pm - 10pm
  • Peak Season Delivery Schedule: 9am - 6pm and 6pm - 10pm. 
  • Same-Day Delivery Cutoff: Refer to product pages for specifics.
  • Multiple Items to the Same Address: Contact us for further assistance.
For specific locations like Marina Bay Sands, Jurong Island, and Paya Lebar Quarter, additional arrangements are necessary.

Marina Bay Sands: Delivery to Marina Bay Sands requires the recipient to submit the license plate of our floral delivery vehicle to the building management's security office. Either the sender or the recipient needs to contact the security office directly to facilitate the necessary paperwork and clearance. If clearance issues lead to non-delivery, Juneforist.com.sg will not be held responsible. In the event of redelivery being required, an additional fee of $10 subject to prevailing GST will be charged to the sender. The time and date of redelivery will be subject to the availability of our drivers.

Jurong Island: Deliveries to Jurong Island are subject to stringent security measures. If clearance issues result in non-delivery, Juneflorist.com.sg cannot be held responsible. Should redelivery be necessary due to clearance issues, an additional fee of $10 subject to prevailing GST will be imposed. The scheduling of redelivery will depend on the availability of our drivers.

Paya Lebar Quarter: For deliveries to Paya Lebar Quarter, similar security protocols apply, and the recipient or sender must coordinate with the building management's security office to arrange for necessary paperwork and clearance. In the event of clearance issues causing non-delivery, Juneflorist.com.sg will not be held responsible. Redelivery, if required, will incur an additional fee of $10 subject to prevailing GST, and the timing will be contingent on our drivers' availability.

Juneflorist.com.sg will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:


  1. Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
  2. The address given is incomplete or incorrect.
  3. No such person at the given address.
  4. No valid contact number was given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully.
Additional Surcharge for Specific Delivery Time Slots
A surcharge of S$30 will be applied for deliveries requested within specific 1.5-hour time slots.
Note: This surcharge ensures prioritized handling and timely delivery. Fees may vary during festive seasons and peak hours.

4. Substitution
If any flower, container, packaging material, or hamper item is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar item of equal or higher value, ensuring the overall aesthetics are maintained. This substitution will be made without prior notice to ensure your order arrives on time.


5. Returns & Refunds
At Juneflorist.com.sg, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers and food items, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

If you are not satisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at  (65) 6282 7555 or Whatsapp us at +65 8811 0213 or email us at support@juneflorist.com.sg. To assist us in processing your request, kindly provide photos of the items in question along with your refund request. Juneflorist.com.sg will replace it at no cost as long as the product is returned in its original condition.

Please note that flowers and food items are highly perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions. Flowers are natural products, and as such, no two items are identical. Variations in color, size, and shape are to be expected and add to the unique beauty of each arrangement.

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund within 14 days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and freshness of our products. For any questions or further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

6. Order Cancellation
  • Cancellation Fee: 50% if made more than 48 hours before delivery.
  • Next-Day Cancellation: Full purchase amount forfeited.
